The Space:
Welcome to Nevada Oasis Retreat! This charming studio unit provides a comfortable and relaxing environment for your stay. The space features a queen bed. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, except a dishwasher.
Step outside to enjoy the full-sized patio, complete with outdoor tables and seating, ideal for dining al fresco or simply unwinding. Fire up the full-sized BBQ for a delightful grilling experience.
The bathroom boasts a large shower, and the full closet offers ample storage space for your belongings. Whether you're here for a short visit or an extended stay, Nevada Oasis Retreat provides all the comforts you need for a good stay.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the Nevada Oasis Retreat through the fence with a lockbox for unit entry. Parking is available for this unit in the rear of our property.
The Neighborhood:
Nevada Oasis Retreat is situated in a quiet suburban neighborhood, offering a peaceful and serene environment for your stay. The property is right on the border of a sprawling 200-acre nature reserve, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities and nature exploration.
Getting Around:
There are plenty of options for getting around while staying at Nevada Oasis Retreat. The public bus system is available for your convenience. However, if you can afford it, we recommend using Uber or Lyft for more flexibility and ease of travel.
Additionally, this area is great for rental cars, providing you with the freedom to explore the surroundings at your own pace.
Other Things to Note:
We want to be better and aim to be as close to perfect as possible within the next year. But please understand we are not perfect yet and you will notice things are being worked on all around the property.
Please note that due to our proximity to a 200-acre nature reserve, pests may be seen around the property. We have a company that manages this regularly, but encounters are inevitable. To minimize these encounters, we kindly ask you to keep all doors or screens closed as much as possible during your stay.
We are working on the parking situation as of right now we have rear parking in the back until we are able to put in actual parking pads for each unit.
Additionally, please note that the outdoor fireplace is only for decorative purposes. Please DO NOT USE IT.
The outdoor BBQ is good to use.
