The cottage includes 2 bedrooms, including a king bed, a sofa bed, and 2 queen beds. This beautiful getaway property offers plenty of space for guests. The cottage also features 2 bathrooms with showers, ensuring a serene and comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of amenities such as a full suite of brand new kitchen appliances, AC, heat, WiFi, and a stackable washer and dryer. This property is a retreat in of itself with a 1 acre lake, kayaks to use in the water, fishing and swimming available. Lots of space to relax and enjoy this gorgeous property in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Included on the grounds are the lake, outdoor covered eating area with grill and tables, large firepit area with chairs, a dock and playground area. Plus, there's an additional bunk house that can sleep up to 15 that is available for an additional nightly cost for large groups. Perfect place to stay during events at Caitlyn Farms

We were there for the weekend for our son's wedding at Caitlyn Farms. Just three minutes to the venue. Kent was the best host answering all my questions quickly. The house was clean and charming. The rustic decor was so cute. No issues at all. Would stay there again if needed. Highly recommend.
