"Verde Grande" is a warm, peaceful, light-filled, cozy hideaway just steps from the main intersection of Chattanooga's bustling Southside neighborhood. While there are 30+ independent, locally owned restaurants, bars and venues within a ten minute walk, you may be hard pressed to leave the large breakfast nook under a dramatic 24-foot skylight stairwell framed by the huge original brick wall of this restored 1940 warehouse.

Like a hotel, we require an additional damages waiver and a copy of your photo ID.

This is a brand-new two-year warehouse renovation with high end appliances and everything you need.

There’s a free off-site parking spot in a lot across the intersection.

This place is honestly too nice to be a rental. My family and I enjoyed it for a quick weekend getaway. Convenient to downtown, and walking distance to some great restaurants.

This property was just as described and so much more! This loft was beautifully decorated and spotless. The owners were very responsive and provided a lot of useful information and recommendations ahead of our arrival. The location is amazing. We parked our cars and didn’t use them again until we left. We were able to walk over towards the Aquarium to rent e-bikes and made our way all over the Riverwalk. Also, every meal in Chattanooga was amazing (Hello Monty and the Boathouse were our top two). If I'm ever back in Chattanooga, I'd book this again!

Gorgeous Unit!!

We've stayed at some nice locations and some not so nice. Verde Grande was one of the VERY best! It's absolutely beautiful and the hosts have thought of everything. There were sound machines in each of the bedrooms, along with ear plugs, which came in very handy when you have a husband who snores :). The location is walkable to many shops and restaurants and a short drive to attractions like Ruby Falls and Rock City. We can't recommend this place more. It's perfect!
