Historic Harkers Island Bungalow

Stay comfortably on Harkers Island at this 2-bedroom house. You will have the house to yourself, along with all of the amenities. This charming property features 1 queen bed, 1 full/twin bunk bed, a cozy living room with new smart TV’s in every room, couches with recliners, and a well-equipped renovated bathroom with tub and shower, also a great outdoor shower. Enjoy all of the amenities of this classic Island home including heat/ac, full kitchen with a dining room table and breakfast bar, nice furniture, charcoal grill, and WiFi during your stay. We have plenty of parking for your boat and a couple vehicles. Also spend your evenings watching boats go by from the back deck with a view of the Core Sound. Huge back yard for kids and/or your pet to run and play away from the road. 5 minute drive from public boat ramp, core sound waterfowl museum and Cape Lookout, Shackleford banks Ferry’s. Immerse yourself amongst the locals and the tradition of this Island and the wonderful people that make it wonderful. Our cottage is about a 20 minute drive to Historic Beaufort and all of the shops and restaurants and about 25 minutes to the Morehead City Waterfront. There are many church’s and a couple good local restaurants within minutes of this home. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
