The place was very nicely furnished and appointed - it had everything you could want and then some. Very tastefully decorated and centrally located ... we walked a lot and loved it. Our host was very attentive, responding quickly to all our questions. We highly recommend this place!

Great neighborhood NOLA

Just a stones throw from Magazine St where great shopping, excellent dining and lively neighborhood bars are abundant. The residence is tastefully appointed, with southern charm and comfort. We had excellent contact with owner upon arrival.

Lance provides a truly wonderful NOLA lodging option, a beautiful space, new and very comfortable furnishings, a well set up kitchen, new appliances, large bathroom, great AC, shaded 2nd floor front porch, and around the corner are multiple small chef restaurants and hipster coffee shops and galleries on Magazine Street, not to mention just walk 3 blocks to the St Charles Street historic trolley that gets you downtown and the French Quarter for 40 cents if your a senior, and often FREE! if it's busy.
