Great location and fantastic space. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The Olive restaurant below is fantastic for a quick lunch. Only downside is the courtyard is a little noisy and could use a little weeding/pickup. We would stay again certainly!

The place was very, very nice. It has everything you need- even a place to work. The Wi-Fi was solid. I didn’t really use the back patio, although it was lovely. Shower pressure was fine. My only wish is that it had a king size bed but we made do. Eric was pleasant to work with and responsive. Also, there was very little noise in the building. Overall, an excellent stay!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, comfortable, and spacious, with lots of privacy. It is also very conveniently located, and was near many things and places that were on our list. The host was extremely responsive and provided excellent communication about any relevant information.I would definitely recommend staying here. We like to stay somewhere else every time we visit, but would consider coming back here again.

The location couldn’t have been better. Quiet location yet close enough to the quarter that you can easily walk there. If you have a car there’s easy street parking right out front. I would definitely try to book again on my next NOLA visit!

Great space in great downtown area

Great location just outside the French Quarter. Lovely, sleek loft space. Main room has super high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Courtyard is totally private and you can use the grill (although it’s a bit noisy because of an exhaust fan from the restaurant.) Will definitely stay there again!

This was my first time in New Orleans and the location for this condo was PERFECT! It was walking distance to everything. We parked our vehicle on Thursday and didn’t move or need it until we left on Monday! The condo was beautiful and spacious inside! It’s perfect distance to bourbon street, not too close and not too far. Our host gave wonderful recommendations and I cannot wait to come back!!!

Great Location, No Actual Fire Pit

Great location. Beautiful property. Safe building. But no working outdoor fire pit. That was the first photo for listing and the reason I booked the property. I guess there is a burn ban now, but there isnt even a propane hook up. Just a suggestion to use sterno. I list properties myself and would not try to deceive any customers with a headline picture that contains a large working fire pit, when none exists.

Inaccurate pictures - constant smell of restaurant exhaust

Hi, the inside of the condo was fine, fairly clean. The washing machine broke down, the water heater cut out. The big issue is that the pictures are not accurate of the courtyard space. Now - there are industrial vents and a blower from a greek restaurant - loud and smelly and there is a pictures seeming to be a fire pit, but is just a table with rocks that you can put some stereo on if you wish to have fake heat. I would not advice staying here unless you love the smell of Greek food in the morning...

So apologetic that when the washing machine malfunctioned during your use of washer that you inadvertently turned off the main breaker to your hot water heater and washer unit...when you tried to reset the jammed washer And yes the lava rock sterno fire pit that we provided sterno for, albeit 84 degrees this week is delightful sight when lit at night...but no it never was intended as an outdoor heater source
