Stylish & spacious layout with natural light & privacy, located in HOA Sands Royal Palm, with a community pool & open grassy areas. Studio equipped for comfort w/ blackout cellular shades, WiFi, hair dryer, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave & smart TV. Spa-style bathroom with LED illuminated mirrors, double vanity & oversized glass shower.
You’ll have a private back patio with an egg chair swing to enjoy morning coffee or tea, surrounded by succulents, desert plants & palms. Entire home has a water treatment system to purify for consumption, and will leave your hair and skin silky soft after a long hot shower.

We look forward to welcoming guests to the Boho Haven Studio at Royal Palm 🌴 Direct entrance access via locked gate patio entrance that is shared with the main house. Private back patio with separate keypad entry.
15 min to airport.
Main house can be booked in addition to the studio, and another property is also available in the same HOA community @RoyalPalmPHX. For larger groups, contact Host for information.

Please do not leave any open food containers out and store all perishables in the provided refrigerator. Discard trash and bottles by placing in the garbage and recycling bins located in the carport. ♻️
Smoking is prohibited indoors, but guests are welcome to use the outside patio. There is an ashtray provided and outdoor fans. Host kindly asks guests to keep the door closed at all times. This helps prevent critters seeking shelter from the outdoors, or any smoke/odor entering the house.

Our Host, Nancy, was spectacular. She was so welcoming and accommodating. She took care of our every need including providing us with an extra “larger” refrigerator and a small washing machine. She also kept our towels and linens clean and fresh. She made excellent recommendations for Yoga Studios, Restaurants and scenic activities. We hope to connect with her when we return to Phoenix next winter.
