Dwell beyond the ordinary! The Tobacco barn suite is the place for couples to escape. It boasts two floors. The first floor offers a sitting area with a 55 inch tv, bar height table, stunning custom kitchen and washer/dryer. It has a spiral staircase that leads up to the 2nd floor that offers a king size bed with a large walk in shower.
Walking distance to all Intercourse attractions. Steps to Intercourse community park which offers walking trails, pickle ball, scenic views by the pond.

The unit consists of a kitchen, bar height table, sitting area with a 55" tv, washer and dryer. 1 king bed and walk in bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen has a fridge\freezer, stove, (microwave, oven, and air fryer are all in one )
The spiral staircase leads you to the 2nd floor that has a small sitting area, king size bed, and a bathroom with a walk in shower.

This property is very close to The Kitchen Kettle and other fun sights in the Lancaster area. The property was brand new and very beautiful . It was a wonderful location for a romantic getaway. Highly recommended.

A wonderful retreat

I booked this property for a time of retreat and it is absolutely perfect for that. Being inside feels like being in a peaceful cocoon. It was spotlessly clean and perfectly appointed with what one needs for a weekend stay. Definitely ideal for a single traveler or a couple. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, pristine, state of the art

This property was just as described on VRBO. It was immaculate and comfortable. Nice park within short walking trails within a stones throw of the property. We loved it here and would stay here again in this property.

We had a great stay. Everything was as pictured and described. The property was quiet and clean. However, the toilet area was open and we were not the biggest fans of that but we made due. Overall, it was a great stay. We can’t wait to come back to the area. Thank you!

A great location. Farms all around. You can hear the charming buggy go by. Porch was great to drink coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The coffee provided was a really nice touch.

Great Property and Location

Super Clean. Great communication. Lots of amenities... if they don't have it, you don't need it! Ideal for one or two people. Very modern with a hint of rustic (the exposed wood beams). Great appliances, including a microwave oven with options I had never seen before. Easy walk to shopping. Easy drive to other area attractions. Would stay there again.

Excellent spot to stay

This feels like a very high end apartment and was super comfortable. The finishes and appliances are awesome, the location is right near town, and the owner really made sure to put a lot of thought into the layout. We loved it and are recommending it to friends heading to the area. Thanks Susan, we really enjoyed our stay.

The coverted barn into an apartment was charming, comfortable and convenient to lots of local attractions! Our host was so accommodating and thoughtful. It was a superb overnight for our 30th anniversary.

We had a great time and everything about this place was amazing. The location was great and the farmhouse apartment was very unique and spacious. The owner was great with communication and the apartment was very clean and up-to-date. We will definitely stay here again.

Just perfect

Pictures are exact. What a lovely place. Updated Beautiful. Comfortable. Great location. We did the sites. Went to a festival in Lancaster. Hit a winery on way back. Property is located right beside a lovely park so we walked and watched ducks and people. It was perfect. No fan or TV in bedroom. Or door on very updated bathroom but we didn’t care. Some may if you’re wanting privacy. Bed was so comfortable. The place was beautiful. Drip coffee maker but host had coffee and filters. We took our own 2 cup maker anyway. Park had pickleball courts and place had paddles. We travel with our own and played Saturday morning. What a bonus!!! Just a lovely place!!! Great if you were in a work trip. . I’d much rather stay here than a hotel!

What a gem!

Such a cool space for an individual or couple. Very close to downtown shops and restaurants, but far enough out to avoid the noise and congestion if you want some peace and quiet. Easy walk to local park with pickleball, walking trails and playground. Will definitely stay again!
