Whether you choose to walk to the beach , sit at the bay window to people watch or enjoy a drink at the breezy deck while listening to the seagulls, the family friendly home is sure to be a great beach home for you to make memories in Ocean city! 6 beach tags. 2 Car Parking.

Enjoy our brand new Kitchen and hardwood floor throughout the condo. Skylights atop our 13-foot vaulted ceilings ensure that you are never far from the invigorating Ocean City atmosphere. A separate dining area provides a view of the comings and goings outside on Central Ave. A full size kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy cooking. Amenities include washer and dryer in unit, AC throughout, TV in every room and high speed internet, beach toys and chairs in your private storage room (can be used to store your bicycles). Travel up a few steps and down the hall to the bedrooms and bath. Continue down the hall and out to the porch.

So close to everything, but quite up above the street. Step out for a brisk three-block walk to the boardwalk or beach. Grocery store is only two blocks away, with the Asbury Avenue restaurants and shops (Yanni's, Luigi's, Ta Dah etc.) are half a block away.

This home is one block off off Asbury Ave and a few blocks from the beach, right in the heart of Ocean City. The home was clean. You do have to climb stairs to get to the third floor, which wasn't a problem for us. A nice perk is the included beach tags )

Great location. Only steps from Asbury St which is great for shopping & a few blocks from the beach. The condo was very spacious for our family of 4. Very nice to have 2 parking spots. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a very nice condo with plenty of living space and bedrooms. It was reasonably quiet, despite their being a lot of traffic in this part of the city. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, which I did not mind at all. Plenty of breakfast places close by and it's nice to be close to the Asbury downtown shopping area.

Great condo! I highly recommend. Right in the middle of everything- super fresh, asbury avenue with lots of shops and restaurants, the boards and the beach! The condo was clean with 2 parking spots, cable and wifi--Which allowed my husband to stay and work! It was a pleasure to deal with the owners- they were very accommodating and responsive. I would defiantly recommend this condo to friends and family!

Fun experience

House wasnt as clean as you would have hoped. Hair/dirt in utensil drawer and cooking appliances/pots pans were a mess. Ten minutes to walk to beach/boards. Very close to shopping, groceries, restaurants and ice cream parlor. Overall great time with the family.

Property location is fantastic. Bathroom, specifically toilet and floor were dirty and bedrooms were quite dusty upon our arrival. Kitchen area needed some.light cleaning upon arrival as well. Not really enough bed space for 5 adults. Pull out living room bed was broken on one side and very uncomfortable bring an air matress. Overall space and location was fantastic. Not a keurig just filter coffee maker,. Price was a bit steep for the cleanliness and bed situation but overall good... . arrival. Overall

Fantastic Property Owner! Location Can’t Be Beat!

For our family of four, this property was perfect. The storage area and outdoor shower was so appreciated and allowed minimal sand to be tracked into the condo. The 5 minute walk to the boardwalk/beach was very doable. I enjoyed being downtown yet close to the beach, not to mention having the beach tags included made things so much easier. Having a washer and dryer on site was a godsent. This was our first experience with using Vrbo, so I don’t have much reference, but Sandy is a top notch property owner — super quick to respond to any sort of communication — before, during, and after our stay. The only qualm, and I don’t fault Sandy for this, but whoever does the cleaning needs to be held responsible for the condo being cleaner. I used to work for a cleaning service, so I tend to look at areas most people don’t. There is lots of built up dust on the decor, window sills, fume hood, and furniture (such as entertainment centers). I did do a light dusting/wipe down. There is a vacuum on site which I used, in addition to the Dyson we brought, daily. Once again, I do not fault Sandy for the cleaning service’s ineptitude. I would 100% stay here again, and plan to do so in the future.

I’ll start by saying don’t believe the amount of good reviews of this place. That was my first mistake. This condo was an absolute disaster. My family’s trip started with arriving to a house that was over 87* inside and a smell of a dumpster. The house was dirty with hair, dust throughout and hair, dust and black mold all over the bathroom. Everything in this condo is old and outdated. The sofa is disgusting and broken. The tube tv and dvd player in the smaller bedroom doesn’t work which means I; as a 41 year old man got to sleep in a single bed because my son needs a tv to fall asleep. The queen bed is also hard as a rock and worn out to the point of feeling like you will roll off the edge. When these issues were presented to the host Sandip Kakar, not Sandy, he told me that this is “just an investment property that he only sees once a year, and what should I expect the house was built in the 80s”. That’s a direct quote I must add. We wasted a day going back and forth with him and vrbo trying to get a refund so we could leave and find another house so our vacation wasn’t wasted. Needless to say that last minute houses are impossible to find in Ocean City. He sent his cleaner the next day and requested we show him what is dirty…shouldn’t the cleaner know what is dirty?! Now we wasted another half a day of our vacation in this dump which brings it to a day and a half of wasted time trying to keep our son with special needs busy and amused.
