The beautiful beaches of North Topsail Island are only a 13-minute drive away—perfect for swimming, shell collecting, and hunting for fossilized shark teeth. The New River Inlet, just two miles southeast of the property, brings in rich sea life including dolphins, otters, sea turtles, and plenty of fish that are excellent for grilling on your back deck. Relax on the water without the crowds and traffic of the beach. Water Access & Dock The private dock includes an attached floating dock that can be moved into deeper water for lounging, fishing, and kid-friendly splash time. The main dock sits in shallow water—best suited for 14' or skiff-style boats with tilt engines. Deeper-hulled boats may have difficulty during low tide. For safety, water shoes are highly recommended to avoid cuts from oyster shells. And for the chef in your group, the river provides plenty of oysters, clams, and fresh fish to turn into a memorable dinner on the back deck. Outdoor Living The extra-large downstairs balcony overlooking the river includes: Propane grill Outdoor table and dining space Small fridge Couch Tall propane heater Trash can Propane fire-pit table Bar-height railing table with chairs The long driveway can fit up to 5 vehicles, or bring your boat—the community boat ramp is just 2 minutes away. Inside the Home Main Floor Bedroom: King bed, smart TV, dresser, closet with children’s books and a travel crib. Direct access to the front balcony—ideal for grandparents or guests wanting easy access. Kitchen: Updated, fully equipped, and stocked with cookware, appliances, gadgets, soap, detergent, sponges, and paper towels. Living Room: Two couches, a 55" electric fireplace, 65" TV, a variety of books, and 180° river views through large windows. Sliding door leads directly to the back deck. Dining Room: River-view windows and comfortable seating for family meals. Bathroom: Conveniently located across from the main-floor bedroom. Upstairs Master Bedroom: King bed, private full bathroom, smart TV, dresser, closet, and balcony overlooking the front yard. Two River-View Bedrooms: One with a Queen bed One with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed These rooms share a balcony with gorgeous river views and a hallway full bathroom. Laundry: Washer/dryer with detergent, dryer sheets, broom, and vacuum (more supplies available upon request).
