. Leave dirty towels in tub. Make sure home is locked all windows and doors. Please make sure keep any pets on a leash and pick up after them.

Nice condo, convenient to all the best in Punta Gorda. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Condo is as listed with nice amenities.

Everything you need

Very clean place and owner was very communicative. There was a hurricane a week before our stay, and she called with an update to confirm things were fine. What I really appreciated was the easy checkout process that didn't include a long list of to-do's!
