Spacious and well stocked condo with a great view!
We stayed 2 months so I feel like I can give a pretty comprehensive review. The condo is large but feels even bigger due to the high ceilings and almost all glass wall overlooking the Peace River. It is well stocked with everything you need and it's all a step above what you see in most rental properties. Actually, it feels more like you're staying in someone's home. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook-in, there are plenty of towels so you don't have to do laundry all the time (although the washer and dryer are full size and work well) and there are lots of items to make for a great day at the beach; towels, blankets, chairs, coolers, noodles, etc.. All that said, the best part of the condo is the lanai and its view. The pictures of the sunrise over the Peace River accurately reflect what we saw most mornings. In the evening, it's a great space to enjoy a drink and relax.
Now a few other random comments that may seem trivial but that make for a stress free and relaxing stay. The internet is fast and works well even with multiple devices, there are plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware, the appliances are clean and full size, the cabinets and countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms are way above contractor grade and in excellent condition, the HVAC works well, the pool is clean, the grounds are well kept and it's quiet.
Finally, Tina was great to work with and let us know everything we needed to know prior to arrival (including lots of suggestions on restaurants and things to do/places to go) so there were no surprises. Everything was so nice that I didn't need to contact her much during the 2 months but when I did she always answered quickly.
In summary, you won't go wrong renting this one.
