Perfect spot!

We really enjoy our stay. It is very comfortable and easy, nice beach view and access! It was perfect for a relaxing time. It is also very close to Kennedy Space Center for a unique experience. Everything was clean with very easy instructions for check in, access and check out.

Great location.

Great having the beach and pool option. Close to a lot of great things to see and do. Only about an hour from Orlando attractions. Very family friendly. Nice to have the kitchen to save money.

Great Place

This place was great location to everything we wanted and needed. Beautiful place to stay and Steve and Bri were so great to work with. Beach beach beach..

Another great stay at the spanish main. If you love to be steps from the beach, listening to the waves..bask in the sun, these condos are the best. Reasonably priced with ample room. We love staying there and will again in the not so distant future.

Family reunion

Overall great place to stay on the beach. Condo was in a great location with plenty of restaurants close by. Nice pool and directly on the beach. I wish the living room would've had a little more seating as we had six adults. The bedrooms were good size with Kings in 2 of the 3 rooms. I would stay again!

We came to Cocoa for our honeymoon. The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, great location, and has outstanding views. Only con being that the beds are not the most comfortable. Also, a side note for others like myself, the WiFi is not the greatest and our AT&T phones didn’t get great service but that allowed us to enjoy our vacation, more! We had a great stay & would stay here again if we ever come back to Cocoa!

Great vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean room and pool, the room was accurately pictured with great beach access in a less crowded area of the beach. Check in and parking were very convenient. The only reason we give 4 stars instead of 5 overall was because the beds were very loud. The mattresses are fairly thin and they creak against the frame every time you move. Apart from that, everything was excellent!

Relaxing Visit

We rented the condo over the Thanksgiving week and enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a perfect location for stores and restaurants. We loved being on the beach with direct access. Condo was stocked with exactly what was needed for our stay. We would definately go back and would recommend to friends. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with in booking, getting instructions and correcting a minor problem with lighting not working in the master bath. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

This condo has a nice ocean view. Spacious, but needs updating. Living area furniture is uncomfortable and there needs to be more seating. Kitchen could use a few more utensils, spatulas, pizza pan, pitchers. It was well equipped with paper products and cleaning supplies. Property manager was very quick with a response when contacted.
