The 5000sqft. private cliffside gated estate is situated on 2.2 acres, with breathtaking views and stair access to the surrounding beaches and bluffs. Only 5 mins north of Sea Ranch, the property is a hidden gem of traditional architecture along the Pacific Coast and the perfect spot for a relaxing retreat.

Whale Haven lives true to the name and is a prime location for whale watching all year! Includes a guest cottage, putting green, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and even a bocce ball court!

The estate includes a main house and separate guest cottage, perfect for luxuriously vacationing with your family or friends. The main house contains 3 king beds and 1 murphy bed upstairs, and the guest cottage contains 1 queen bed and sofa bed.

*Please do not attempt to open any locked doors in the garage hallway, it is for storage.

Other things to note:
Please respect the owner's rules and the beautiful property and treat it like your own, so we may be able to share the magic of this estate with other guests in the future.

Incredible views and very homey

My family had a wonderful Christmas at this house. Shauna and the owner went above and beyond to accomodate us. The house was also beautifully decorated for the holidays. Nothing could beat that view! The drive up is not ideal for someone who gets car sick but once you are there, it is definetely worth it.
