Lovely home in a cute and quiet setting- close enough to attractions without the bustle of a city. The house was clean and well kept, with plenty of extra bedding, towels, etc. Everything worked as it should. Beautiful 10 acre property with a pond that abuts the vineyards.

Thank you for staying at our place and helping to describe the setting. We enjoy when people relax and enjoy the property.
We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The host got back to us in a very timely manner and was very helpful with questions we had. We took long walks around the property and enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys every day. We have stayed in many VRBO’s over the years and this one was by far the best!
My husband and I stayed for a couple of days to attend a wedding. We had an incredible time and wished we could have stayed longer. It's private but very near Mazza Winery and Beach Glass Estates. The check-in was simple. The surrounding property and home were beautiful. There were many thoughtful elements, newer appliances, games, cooking supplies, and in general it was very comfortable and intuitive. Really grateful to have happened upon it. Definitely worth a return trip.
We did not know that the caretakers were literally attached to the house we stayed in. Our last day we once again ran out of water which was a hardshipp because we were on our way to a family gathering. No showers so we rented a hotel room. Melissa said we would have water by 11 but the get together was at 11 so we got a room to shower

This was indeed unfortunate. The house is on a filtered well system in the countryside among grape vineyards. Rainfall has been infrequent and the water table has been down. Heavy water usage can tap out the well, which takes time to replenish. This was the first time we’ve experienced this, but checking among neighbors in the surrounding community others were affected, also. I reimbursed 2/3 of the night to accommodate the inconvenience.

I live in California, but grew up in the area. When I come home, this is my idea of paradise. I love the idea of you enjoying and relaxing in this place as much as I do while I am there. Melissa, takes care of the place year round, and lives in the house next door with her family. Reach out if needed.
