Large front porch with rocking chairs and upstairs screened porch and stone patio with table and chairs. Attic bedroom with king bed and bath. Three bedrooms (2 queens and 1 full beds) and full bath on second floor; bathroom with shower on main floor. Spacious kitchen, fully equipped with seating area. Large dining room seats 8. Cable TV, WiFi, DVD. Attractive yard and garden with fenced in area. Walking distance to Harpers Ferry National Park & Appalachian Trail.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Place trash (in plastic bags) and recycling (glass bottles & aluminum cans) and flattened cardboard in provided bins near back door.
Turn off all lights, including porch lights. In winter, lower heat to 60 degrees. In summer, adjust thermostat to 76 degrees.
- In used bedrooms strip bed of sheets; put sheets in one of pillowcases and leave in hallway. Do not remove duvet covers or shams.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
