Beautifully restored home in the Historic downtown of Sarasota. We have a cluster of 3 neighboring homes fresh off a $2.5 M renovation with high-end furnishings including Italian leather seating. These cozy gems offer the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern luxury.

This property is dog friendly, however, if you plan to bring dog over 20lb or more than one dog, explicit owner's permission is required before booking.

A short 7-minute drive over the picturesque John Ringling Bridge leads you to Lido Key Beach. Stop by the renowned St. Armand's Circle for delightful dining and shopping or walk to main street.

Real gem in the heart of Sarasota

My family of 5 stayed in this absolutely beautiful home over the Thanksgiving week and we loved everything about this gem of a house. This is historic home that has been beautifully remodeled with high end finishes. Master bed was super comfortable, kitchen comes with everything you'll need for quick meal, and everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Location is perfect, as it's in the historic Burns artsy neighborhood, few steps away from Owen's Fish Camp restaurant, and multiple other restaurants and shops. We loved going on a walks around the neighborhood, and also since they just fixed up bayfront park by Marina Jack's, it's only about 10 minute walk there. If the restaurants next to the house get old, it's only 10 minutes to Sarasota's Main Street shopping and restaurants area. Host was super quick to respond and very accommodating. I definitely plan on coming back to this place in the future.
