This home is nestled in a quaint historic district of Sarasota close to the vibrant action of downtown yet offers serene solace. Exquisite compact design with one king-bed and high-end sleeping sofa makes it comfortable for a party of four.

This property is dog friendly, however, if you plan to bring dog over 20lb or more than one dog, explicit owner's permission is required before booking.

The patio provides a view of local stores and restaurants as if you were at a Paris cafe'. No need for a car, everything is walkable. However, there is a dedicated space to park your car, which is very beneficial in this area.

The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The location is great just a short walk to downtown Sarasota. The only thing is lack of shade on the patio ie an umbrella as the area was very warm during the day. Also the spotlights on the courtyard were very bright and shining into the bedroom. Very well decorated and a lovely spot .
