The place was so nice & very clean. Walking into downtown was easy and very close to the water. The host was very nice to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Michelle was a great guest, very thoughtful and respectful to our property. I would be delighted to host her again.
The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The location is great just a short walk to downtown Sarasota. The only thing is lack of shade on the patio ie an umbrella as the area was very warm during the day. Also the spotlights on the courtyard were very bright and shining into the bedroom. Very well decorated and a lovely spot .
