Cozy Unit #1 of a Two Unit Beach Bungalow

About this space:

Our newly updated studio is just a few steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and attractions including Salt Rock Grill; Sharky's Sea Pub, (across the street); Ice Cream Shop; Surf Shop; Coffee Shop; Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf and much more. The unit was recently fully updated. The adjoining unit is also available to rent with interior, (locking) door access.

A few of our included amenities:

We include beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and a portable folding wagon for your beach time pleasure. There is a cozy private paver-stone patio with BBQ Grill next to the unit for your use. There is also an outdoor shower on the back porch to rinse off after the beach, if you like.

Dave was very quick to respond to any queries, and always very helpful. Bungalow is super cute and in a great location, about a 32 second walk to the beach (depending on how long your legs are and how fast you walk).

The unit was nice! The bed was very comfy and I had no issues sleeping. The host was very informative and provided updates and answered any questions we had. The location is amazing and you really do not need to bring any beach equipment because they have all that you need. I’d stay here again!

This cute little bungalow had everything possible that you would need.. The air conditioners were wonderful. Kept the place nice and cold. The BEST thing was that you were only steps from the beach and that it was pet friendly! Dave was a great host and any questions I had were answered very promptly… Would definitely stay at this bungalow again.

This cute little bungalow was perfect for our short get away. We love how close the beach ramp is and how quiet the area is, day and night. Its the perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunsets too!! The room was spotless, the AC was nice and cold and it had everything we might have needed to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. The trolly service up and down the coast made transportation while we were there so easy, we parked our car and didnt need it until we left. This little place is at the top of our list of places to stay when we visit this part of the gulf coast and we hope to bring the family with us next time and rent the adjoining bungalow for them.

Accommodations were superb! Could not have asked for more! We arrived ahead of schedule and were able to get in a few hours early! THANK YOU!! The house was clean and had everything we needed! Less than 100 feet from the beach! Dino and her assistant are so sweet, friendly, and professional! Hands down the BEST! Dino was very quick to respond to the few questions that I had as well during our stay! We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Why they chose this property

We love this immediate area! We are right at the beach access, just a few steps to the sand. A beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the front porch. Our beach is quite and peaceful

What makes this property unique

We have an array of local shops and restaurants just across Gulf Bivd with easy access as there is a lighted crosswalk just steps from the cottage. The shops include Sharky's Sea Pub; Ice cream shop; Coffee shop; Surf shop and much more.
