Convenient to The Citadel with a faculty gate negating the need to go through the park to get into and out of campus. My two classmates and I appreciated the space and quiet the housing provided.

The house was ok for what we came for which was a funeral. We knew the home was an older home; however, we did expect the basic necessities to be met. The sofa was of a victorian era which was ok except when you sat down, there were no springs. You dropped down in it like you were in hammock. We had to go get batteries for the TV remote and ice trays for the refrigerator. The one tray that was there was almost broken into. The oven to the stove didn't work. It appeared that there was a problem with the oven board in it. There was no light bulb up stairs in the master bedroom. The lamp shade was just sitting on the top. The master bed was literally two twin beds pushed together so you could feel the separate beds when you slept. The bathroom had a lead under the sink and either some small bugs or black particles were on the sink every morning. There was a place in the kitchen floor that felt rotten under the linoleum. The wifi was great but believe the owners need to spend some time in the house walking around to determine what needs to be fixed (at least the basics).
