We’re San Diego locals, travelers, and lifelong adventure seekers who truly love this city we call home. Between the two of us, we grew up everywhere from the beaches of Mission Beach to the communities of East County, so we know San Diego from the coast to the mountains—and plenty of hidden gems in between.
We love traveling and exploring new places, and that’s a big part of what inspired us to share Twelve Oaks with others. Whether you’re here for the beaches, food, sunshine, neighborhoods, or simply a place to slow down and enjoy Southern California, we hope you’ll experience a little of what makes San Diego so special to us.
Welcome to Twelve Oaks—we’re so happy to share a piece of our hometown with you.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it offers a quieter, more relaxed side of San Diego while still keeping you close to everything the city has to offer. We fell in love with the larger properties, spacious yards, and the feeling of having room to breathe away from the hustle and bustle. Most of all, we love the sense of community here—great neighbors, a welcoming neighborhood, and a peaceful place to come home to after a day of exploring San Diego.

What makes this property unique

What makes Twelve Oaks special is the space to truly spread out, settle in, and relax. Inside, the home is comfortable and inviting, while outside you’ll find different little spots to gather, unwind, or enjoy some quiet time. Soak in the hot tub, relax beneath the trees, listen to the fountain, enjoy a meal outside, or simply find your favorite corner of the yard and stay awhile. With its mature trees, spacious outdoor areas, and laid-back atmosphere, Twelve Oaks feels like a little retreat tucked away in San Diego.
