Perfect for a relaxing stay with family or a romantic interlude for two couples. A short 10 minute walk to restaurants, grocers, shops, pickleball and tennis MultiSport courts. Remove your trash daily as needed out of unit and dispose at local dumpster bins. Do not leavedishes inside dishwasher. unloading clean dishes, this is not part of cleaning fee, extra charge $75.
Return AC temperature to 75degrees. Do not place AC below 70 degrees to avoid damage/fees. Turn off small appliances. Place all used towels in hampers. No need to strip beds. Please do not move beds
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not leave windows or doors open anytime; nor leave open food indoors or outdoors. Do not feed the birds or any other animal from property
Adult Pool Area: No children below age 15 in pool area, without Adult parent. No pets allowed in pool area. No vaping allowed anywhere on property
Please do not stain bath towels. Please wash/dry and put away clean dishes. Clean spills on stovetop, counters or floors with wipes under k. sink.
