Newly Renovated Cape Canaveral Home 1 Block From the Beach with an Amazing Pool

Discover this fabulous 3-bedroom recently renovated gem in Cape Canaveral. This marvelous house features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 queen bunk with twin on top and 1 twin, perfect for families or groups of friends. Take a 2 minute walk to enjoy the beach for the day or hang out by the pool. Watch a launch from the yard or from the beach, have a great meal at the port or head to Ron Jons for some shopping. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Cape Canaveral and our house has to offer.

Pet fee is $50.00 per pet per stay. Max 2 under 50 lbs

October through April the pool will be heated to a comfortable 82°

For month long stays we require a $250.00 cleaning fee that will be added upon booking

We offer a Military and First Responder Discount with valid ID

No smoking (of any kind) on the property. There will be an automatic fee of $500.00 for any odor removal
No drugs including marijuana
No pets in the pool. Hair found in the pool filter will result in an extra fee of $150

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lock pool gate and make sure fence gates are closed and locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music. Quiet hours 10pm-8am No smoking inside or outside on the property Booker is responsible for all guests during entire stay Clean grill
Must rinse sand off feet at outside shower prior to entering pool or house. Automatic $500.00 for any smoking odor (of any kind) removal
Pool safety fence must remain up when pool not in use. No running, jumping, diving in or around pool Pool equipment tampering will be a 250.00 charge

Quiet, clean well maintained neighborhood within walking distance to beach. Wonderful spacious home with a beautiful private backyard dining area and large pool. Everything you could want in a rental property is there for you. Would absolutely consider returning for our next vacation. We were sad to leave this property. Thank you to our greats hosts!

This place was amazing and we felt like we were home. Definitely a high end VRBO situated perfectly for a family or group getaway vacation 1 block from beach (great for rocket launches). It is modern, impeccably clean, with a heated pool, and ample off street parking (4-5 cars) if you park close. The amenities are too abundant to list them all. Here are major one- outdoor furniture, large table/umbrella, large grill, hammock, 4 pool lounges, pool umbrella, 5 beach chairs and more- living/dining room had comfortable couch and table for 6-8, office desk (if you need it), a comfy reading chair with lamp- kitchen stocked with many new appliances, relatively new cookware, abundant style/quantity of plates/silverware/storage. It Included many types of spices, foil/saran wrap, and variety of TASO teasTo top it off the host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and when I am looking to go back this is where I will check first.

Perfect Getaway Beach House!!

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property & the host Mindy was so kind & accommodating! The house is exactly as described & well appointed. With the beach theme throughout the property it was real easy to get comfortable & feel relaxed. The beach is super close & the pool was just amazing. We had family over for a Mothers Day BBQ & they were all impressed with the property saying we need to stay there every time we visit! Beds were comfy & the host has thoughtfully placed practically everything needed for a family friendly vacation. We would absolutely love to stay here again!! Thank you for providing the perfect house for us to create beautiful lasting memories with our loved ones!!

The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The owner has all the basic amenities you need to enjoy your stay but with added bonus of washer and dryer, which is key when traveling with kids. The location is very ideal for those looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway. The neighborhood has virtually no traffic. The house is a very short walk to the beach, which was not crowded. The pool was perfect and the owner supplied floats and toys for use. There are also beach chairs and toys as well.Check in and check out was super easy and the owners were very responsive with answers as well as providing instructions for the property.We definitely will be back.

Amazing beach trip

We had an incredible family vacation stay here. It was our first time in cape canaveral, so didn’t know what to expect. But this property is an absolute dream. We walked in the first day and ran to each room with excitement. My daughter loved the bunk beds! They had a baby pack n play and high chair for us which was awesome and very thoughtful. The pool in the back is a little oasis. A large outdoor dining table with chairs and lots of umbrellas for shade. The mornings were our favorite time in the back. So peaceful. The rooms were each their own sanctuaries. Parking was great and plenty of space for multiple cars if needed. Washer dryer!! The list goes on. We were the first guests to rent this place after they did some beautiful renovations. I felt a little funny there weren't reviews at first but Mindy put me right at ease. She was a wonderfully friendly host and we are thankful we got to stay here. We really hope to come back here soon! Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay here!! Perfect Vacation spot and absolutely loved the pool area and how you are walking distance from beach. Perfect area if you have dogs or young kids!! We plan to go back!!
