• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

We(2 adults, 4 kids) stayed over spring break. The view from the deck was amazing. The hot tub was clean and worked as is should. The drive to into Gatlinburg was an easy drive and took about 15 minutes. There were plenty of hikes around and we found some fishing close. The cabin was comfortable and overall was clean. It could use a deep cleaning, but it is a cabin in the woods/mountains, so it did bother us at all that it was a little dirty in hard to reach spots.

Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed the view, hot tub, and the location, and appreciate your understanding about the mountain cabin’s cleaning.
Came here for a birthday weekend getaway and was a great experience. Cabin felt clean and private. Had a great time and could see myself revisiting this property in the future.
Cabin was exactly what we expected from the listing. The views were great, it was relaxing and a short drive from gatlinburg, Smokey mountain national park, and some good rafting. Perfect fit for our family of 5. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to do all the area offers and have a peaceful beautiful stay.
Cabin was perfect it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Only recommendation would be a little more signage getting to cabin. We came in at night and thought we were lost. On the plus side because of the secluded area we were in we did see a trio of bears on Copeland Road.
This was our first trip to the Smokey Mountains and it did not disappoint. The location of the cabin offered incredible views of the mountains and while remote, was still close to local attractions. The cabin itself was updated, clean and inviting - a home away from home. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.
Perfect, quiet, and relaxing getaway for our family. We truly enjoyed the views from the deck, the hot tub, and the peace away from the busy areas of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the covered back porch and taking in the scenic mountain views, even during a rainstorm. The cabin was only 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and also close to the Sugarlands entrance. We spent most of our time hiking, and it was especially fun to see Mt. LeConte from the deck since that was one of our favorite hikes. The cabin had all the cooking items we needed, which allowed us to prepare most of our meals there. We preferred cooking in rather than dealing with the crowds at the restaurants in town. That said, we did enjoy breakfast at Trish’s Mountain Diner, which was very friendly and conveniently close by.We are a family of five, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy our vacation at this property. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Disliked: Cleanliness
We had a terrible time finding the cabin.the cabin was dusty and I didn't like having to go thru the house to get to the bathroom. The view was beautiful.
