Waterfront home with dock bring your boat!

3/4 mile walk to beach

Gorgeous clear saltwater heated pool.

Nice tiki bar with grill.

House has an open floor plan with awesome view of the pool and canal.

There are dolphins and manatees that come by daily

One of the bedrooms is a bunk room that sleeps 6 with its own bathroom.

The property has a huge fenced in yard

There is a kayak and paddle board available for your use

large gorgeous waterfront property with pool, tiki bar, fenced yard and private dock. beautiful waterfront and sunrise views from 2 of the bedrooms and main open kitchen.

This property was previously an airbb which had over 30-5 star reviews.

There are dolphins and manatees that visit daily.

one of the bedrooms is a bunk room that sleeps 6.

dock is available for guests to tie up to.

pool heater option is an extra $150 week and pool temp will be approximately 85deg.

rocket launches are viewable from the tiki bar in the back yard

downtown cocoa beach approx. 2 miles away. 1 hour to Orlando airport
1:15 drive to disney

beach is a walkable 3/4 miles away

property located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood...please respect the neighbors

max capacity of the property at anytime is 12 people
absolutely no pets allowed

Nice place .. Lot of personal belongings inside the home.. Was hoping the home was cleaner and kept up a little nicer… Great location for the Cocoa Beach / Port Canaveral location we were visiting. Pool area was nice !

I have a professional cleaning service clean the house. If you had an issue you should have mentioned that in our communications and/or during checkin. You never mentioned it at all. I have never had a complaint. As far as personal items? It is a residential house that i live in. There are televisions, appliances, decorations and artwork on the walls. Again, never had a complaint. The house is less than 10 years old, and you say kept up a little nicer?

We had a great stay - it was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool, the view from the back patio, and being close to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we also used some of the board games / card games.

Wonderful holiday getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It comfortably slept 12 people, had lots of room in the kitchen for cooking/serving. The outdoor space was gorgeous. The pool heater wasn't working during our visit, but that was out of anyone's control. All of us swam at some point though, despite the cooler water :)
