Everything you need to explore, play, and relax in Boulder. Private 3-bedroom, 1 bath with fully-equipped kitchen, Chromecast, Alexa, Tushy bidet, a native Boulderite superhost, board games, and FREE bikes and e-bikes for kids and adults. South Boulder is a biker's paradise, whether it's the university, the mountains, or downtown there is a path that will take you there. I also host an experience: “Boulder’s Best Kept Secrets on E-Bikes.” 3 bedroom, 1 bath (4 beds). Ample parking, Keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee/tea, cooking supplies, spices/condiments, games, easy access to hiking, parks, restaurants, the University, and downtown. Bikes available free for all guests. There is a separate addition to the house where I live but you will have the 3 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, and front patio of the main house all to yourself. You won’t see me but I’m right next door to help if you need me for something. I'm happy to help you plan your adventures in Boulder, answer any questions you may have, or completely stay out of your way. Amazing view of the mountains in a quiet neighborhood with a mix of families, college students, and seniors. Close to public transportation to the airport. 5 min to CU. 5 min to South Boulder restaurants, breweries, and shops. 10 min to downtown Boulder and Pearl Street. 1 hour to Rocky Mountain National Park. 30 minutes to Denver. 30-40 minutes to the Eldora ski/snowboard area The AB bus from the airport costs $9 and takes 50 minutes. If the timing is right, I can pick you up at US 36 and Table Mesa stop 5 minutes away by car/uber or if you get off at Broadway and 27th way, it’s a 10 minute walk (very safe neighborhood). 420 friendly but please smoke out on the porch and be a good neighbor.
