Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
the property was beautiful, service not so much, we were told towels are not available for exchange and we would have to wash our own towels. we did get some eventually from the hotel but we had 2 villas and 13 people in our group. they were not enough towels. The fact that they would not include cleaning even 3 days was a bummer.
