Stayed for 5 nights we saw bears and cubs every day. The cubs a few times even came on the porch right by the windows. Location was great. Minor things could be repaired like in some of the reviews states but not that big of a deal. Great communication. Would book again
We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, cozy, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. Elizabeth was very kind and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Magnolia Vacation Rentals LLC!
Room all together was great. Great view of the mtns. Could use some brush clean up around cabin. Upstairs showering was missing a doorMain floor shower door was pushing out and toilet bolt lose. Dryer didn't dry clothes. Other than that we didn't really spend much time in cabin. It was very beautiful. We also saw momma bear and 3 cubs!
This mountain home is wonderful. The bedrooms with private baths is great for privacy. The views of the mountains are stunning. The house has great parking with easy access from the road. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes. The outdoor spaces are also great. There is a screened in porch off the master, a nice balcony off the main level, balcony off the upstairs bedroom and covered porch and balcony off the lower level. The host provides many nice touches for guests including games and an air hockey table. We would love to stay here again.
The cabin was fine, the view was great. The property around the cabin needs to be tended to. Trees pushed over and just left. Some trash up and down each side of the cabin. The terrain is steep so i understand the difficulty of cleaning it.
House was very clean and enjoyed our stay. Nice view. A couple things I would note for future renters: the house is NOT 4 minutes to Aquarium as shown on VRBO (pretty high up), there is NO TV in the upstairs bedroom, 1/2 of the shower door In upstairs bedroom is missing, hot water is lukewarm, and there was a scratching noise in the basement and main floor bedroom walls at night.
The property presented beautiful views and a completely relaxing atmosphere. We truly relaxed, watched our favorite shows, had food and groceries delivered, and celebrated a milestone birthday. We would definitely return.
Our stay at this Gatlinburg cabin was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst the serene beauty of the mountains, it provided the perfect escape for me and my partner. The cozy ambiance, coupled with amenities like the hot tub under the stars and the crackling fireplace, created an intimate atmosphere that allowed our relationship to blossom.
We spent hours exploring the diverse rooms enjoying the breathtaking views. This cabin truly offered an unforgettable experience that brought us closer together, and we can't wait to return

It was an ok house, there was what looked like mold around the air vents, and water stains everywhere. This house had the bare essentials in it nothing extra at all. The tv’s didn’t have any local channels at all. We thought the view would be of downtown which it wasn’t. Also it’s about a 25 minute drive down to Gatlinburg. The hot tub, video games and air hockey was a plus. The best thing about the house was the bears and cubs that lived right next to the property.
