I am convinced that it is better to climb some steps but not run the risk of not sleeping at night due to noise, or having a dark house. For me, the view and light are fundamental characteristics and having an outdoor space to eat is equally fundamental

Why they chose this property

I love the San Lorenzo neighborhood. It is the most characteristic of Florence and extremely central. The Duomo is just 5 minutes walk away. The station and all connections can also be reached perfectly.
The Medici family had their palace right on my street! Via De' Ginori. It is a beautiful and well-lit street, with many shops and therefore very safe.
