Onyx House features a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, twin over full bunk beds, and a queen bed. Alistair House offers a queen suite, a king and queen suite with a twin trundle, and another king suite with an ensuite bathroom. If you have 22 guests, you may want to pack an air mattress.

- We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and properties with the same care as your own home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything like onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
