Welcome to this tranquil and spacious one level, fully furnished house in Bonita Springs just 5 minutes to Barefoot Beach and 10 minutes to Vanderbilt and Wiggins beaches. New bikes, beach chairs and grills to make your perfect stay.

This charming property features tile throughout, no stairs, accessible friendly, 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Includes 2 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials.

Guests can unwind after a day playing at the beach. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty Refrigerator and Freezer and place waste in outside trash.
Empty all trash into outside trash.
Leave bed linens on the bed. Put dirty towels in laundry baskets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time 11 pm. Please make sure the garage door is fully closed before opening the door from the laundry room to the garage.
Put grill and bikes in garage when not in use. Put dirty dishes in dishwasher. Put garbage in can outside daily to reduce smell. Use microwave cover.
Please do not leave doors open while the Air Conditioner is running.

Very nice!!

We all had a great time! Home in which we stayed was very nice. Communication with Host was excellent. It was close to multiple beaches& great places to eat. Having available beach chairs, beach cart, bicycles & corn hole game was awesome. Home was clean & had great mattresses on all the beds.

Great Home, Great Location

This home seemed like the best value in the region, and I think I was right! It's close enough to ride a bike to the beach, near the section of the beach that has public parking (if you get there early), and is convenient to the main roads. A very nice home with like new appliances, and enclosed sun porch. We made good use of the grill. I highly recommend, and hope we come back some day.

Super place

I would definitely come back. The owner has four bikes which we enjoyed so much. We biked everywhere, it’s five minutes to the beach. The have beach chairs which made our stay at the beach a lot more comfortable. The place is clean and spacious. The covered porch is great for sitting outside. Also there is so many restaurants walking distance.

This is a quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery and it is near three beaches just minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Our property is a nice size and can easily accommodate a large family or group of friends. The screened in back patio is a nice place to hang out and enjoy the Florida weather and lush green yard.
