This is a very nice property to stay at with a fenced in yard for the dogs. Plenty of room, good condition, close to everything you need and nice host. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying at the Gwen! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. We really appreciate the panoramic views out the windows in the cozy living room. The king beds were awesome and it’s so nice to be able to bring our pup!

Fun place to stay

Charming home

We absolutely loved the charming look of the interior of this property and the floor plan is ideal. The two bedrooms are very spacious. We want to stay here every time we come to Rochester.

Hostess with the Mostest

Spacious, great back yard for our large dog, plenty of dishes, kitchen supplies, cutlery, towels, linens, brand new gas grill, very nice washer and dryer, small tv's in each bedroom and a large tv in living area. The steps were a bit much up to the house, then up to the apt and down to the laundry, but it would not stop us from staying here again! Abundant natural light from plentiful windows. This made it difficult to watch the large TV in the living area because of the glare. Becca is a great hostess and we seek out her properties for availabilities while in Rochester.

This was a great place for us to stay while we had appointments at the Mayo Clinic. It is very bright and open with tons of windows. Becca was very responsive and easy to communicate with. All of the rooms are spacious, and the extra half-bath is very convenient.
