ABOUT THIS HOME
Welcome to the South Mission Beach Retreat! This San Diego vacation rental is located just 6 houses from the beach and oceanfront boardwalk to the west, and just 6 houses from Mission Bay and Bayside Walk to the west. 

This home was professionally designed with tasteful furnishings and amenities that will provide everything you need in your home away from home. Located on Coronado Court, there are local markets and eateries nearby and it's less than a 10-minute walk to all of the fun and beach front restaurants at Belmont Amusement Park.

One of the best features of the home is the wonderfully shaded front patio. There is a table for 6 along with a stainless BBQ; the perfect place to relax and eat a shared meal with family or friends. Experience indoor/outdoor living with double doors swing wide to invite you into the main living area, where you`ll find a living room with a flat-screen, dining nook, and table for six as well as a well-equipped, modern kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. 

Upstairs there are 2 bedroom suites. The primary suite comes equipped with a king-sized bed, flat-screen HDTV, walk-in closet, and an outdoor patio with seating and a peek ocean view! The en suite bath is a retreat unto itself with a deep-soak jetted tub, separate walk-in shower, and granite-topped dual-sink vanity.

Just down the hall is the second bedroom complete with a king bed, flat-screen HDTV and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

Additional amenities include TV's in all rooms, an attached two-car tandem garage (very narrow access, see parking below) Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, ready-made beds, one full towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of household and bath soaps and paper goods. In-home laundry and detergent are also provided for your convenience.

• We strictly enforce the City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance. Parties and/or noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds.

• ID and credit card used at booking must be presented upon request. A separate e-sign agreement highlighting important terms and conditions must be signed to complete the booking process.

• South Mission Beach is sometimes under the airport flight path.

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs when another guest is arriving or departing the same day.

• Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. All occupants and use of the home must be approved by management, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.
