We have stayed at the property multiple times now and still love it as much as the first time. Our family enjoyed the community pool and playground. We walked down to the river that is close by. The cabin has everything you need for a getaway.
Spacious kitchen for meal preparation. Huge windows for plenty of natural lighting. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day at the Blues Festival. The master bedroom is even equipped with a dog bed.
This is our second stay in the Lone Wolf Cabin, and we still love it. The location cant be beat for getting out on the trail. The house is well equipped, large and cheerfully decorated. Alison was very responsive when we ran out of some supplies. We highly recommend this place.
Cozy and modern cabin with fantastic and easily accessible location on winter ski trails. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Hot tub is awesome after a long day of skiing or other local activities. Beds were too soft for us except for the 2 futons but we made due. A very nice place for 8 of us.
Everything about our stay was great. The directions were easy to follow, check was seamless, the cabin was clean and had a plethora of kitchen utensils and cookware available. The community pool was great and the river is short walk away. 10/10 recommend!
This is a well equipped, beautiful home located right on the methow community ski trail. We skied right from the house. There were 6 adults and it was very comfortable for us to have a grand time together!
The cabin was beautiful and the property was majestic. Plenty of room for a family of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids). The grounds were nice and pool was a great temp. Unfortunately we did experience issues with the private hot tub at the cabin and was not able to work for our 5 day stay.
Great, relaxing stay for our group of 6 adults! Everything you could possibly need for cooking up some good eats and relaxing around the fireplace. Only minor negative was the master bath shower head sprayed too wide and could not be adjusted. Overall, would definitely recommend and stay again!
Two adult kids, grandma and parents (5) stayed with our two little terriers in December. This place is beautiful, the setting is gorgeous, and I can't wait to come back in summer to enjoy the trails then, too. Neighbors are very far away, you feel like you're in your own slice of paradise.

Thank you so much for coming to visit Wolfridge! We hope you can make it back soon for another visit.
Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The house is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. It's close to town of Winthrop but located in a quiet, beautiful, natural setting. We enjoyed the great outdoors -- hiking, biking & rafting and then returning to this wonderful & peaceful home in the evenings. Would love to return.
Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Home! Our family had an amazing time staying at this house. It was incredibly comfortable and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My elderly mother especially appreciated how clean and beautifully maintained everything was — it gave her such peace of mind. The house is located in a truly stunning, paradise-like setting that we’ll never forget. It offered a perfect escape from the busy city life. My young niece had the time of her life playing in the swimming pool — it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.Overall, this home provided the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and fun for all ages in our family. We would love to come back again!Maria Saulness
The Lone Wolf Cabin was a great quiet reasonably secluded place to rest and relax. We used the hiking trails and it was close enough to easily go into either Winthrop or Twisp for town activities. We went at "slack time" between cross country tourist and mountain bike time, so we went hiking and bird watching.
We had such an amazing time celebrating a birthday! The house was great, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and bedding. Everything worked! Our only complain would be that we tan out of toilet paper and had to go buy some.
Spacious luxurious mountain meadow sanctuary.
Grandparent hosts, we paid and took the spacious ensuite. And loved it. Grandaughters in the loft, our children downstairs. Great A/C and recent construction to this century trim level. On property pool great, so was private to our party hot tub.
Stayed here at the beginning of July. For those unaware, in most of Okanagan County fireworks are prohibited making this the perfect location to take our anxiety ridden dog for the 4th.
This was our first time at this home. The pictures are a great representation. Its high ceilings and open concept made it feel huge. The central air made the near 90° weather easy to escape. There is a large master bedroom and bath upstairs. The home itself is located a few miles out of town making it even more peaceful.
If you are looking for a quiet place to stay or just a good base to explore the area I highly recommend this home.
The house is large and easily accommodated the 6 of us in our family. It is not far from the town of Winthrop and was comfortable. There were a lot of mosquitos, but I think that is true everywhere right now. We had a hiccup with the hot tub as it wasn't working when we arrived and wasn't available to us the first night. I reached out to the property manager and she was responsive but then the property owner responded and relayed that the hot tub at the house was not necessarily included and we could instead walk to the one that is 1/4 mile away. This was a disappointing response as the hot tub is clearly shown in the pictures of the place and we relied on that when making the decision to book there. At any rate, we were able to get the hot tub working and enjoyed the remainder of our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay in the Lone Wolf Cabin. I am only taking away a star since the hot tub wasn't working and we weren't notified. That was a bummer for our family, since we specifically chose this unit because of the hot tub and feel that it should have been communicated or compensated in some way.
Otherwise the location was great - beautiful, quiet property, just outside of a cute little downtown, and close to North Cascades for hiking/exploring! The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. The master suite was very nice and our 4 kids all had plenty of space. The kitchen/grill was great and we enjoyed cooking a nice dinner and breakfast in (which is a treat when you're on a 2 week vacation!).
There was a hot tub on the property that we could use, but like I said I feel that the broken hot tub could have been communicated and possibly even the price adjusted slightly in advance... otherwise a perfect stay. :)
Great place to stay for a weekend of hockey. Peaceful, beautiful, comfortable. Kitchen is well stoked, as was the linen/ towels for 10 adults! Only downside was the amt of chlorine/ chemicals in the hot tub. It tarnished our jewelry and caused some skin irritation. I would stay here again though!
Had 3 great days of "fall colors" hiking (early Oct) especially the larches turning gold.
Hiked Blue Lake, Maple Pass & Goat Peak - had great smoke-free weather, luckily!
Our group likes to make their own food, and the large & new kitchen was great!
Really enjoyed our stay.
Had a wonderful fall weekend with extended family staying at this property. Lovely large deck, light and bright, kitchen/dining/family area worked perfectly for 6 adults and 20 month old.
