Please do not leave more than one small load of towels for housekeeping. We would greatly appreciate that. If possible Please start a cycle of towels in the washer.
As seen in the instructions garbage day is only Tuesday evening For pick up wednesday morning. If you happen to be checking out that day please put the toter to the curb.

Kauai Princeville trip

The host, Gigi, is a gem. She is very personable and communicative. The property is as described, yet a bit dated and a bit darker than the pictures portray. When in Hawaii you expect some bugs but we encountered quite a few more sugar ants than any of our 4 previous visits to Hawaii. The bathrooms were not as clean as we expected, thus the lower rating for cleanliness. We likely won't stay in Princeville again but I would not hesitate to rent another property from Gigi if the opportunity occurs.

From the amazing people and the sea birds, the whales, the reefs , the cliffs and all the tropical surroundings.
We are Volunteers for many causes here and other islands as well. If you would like to help out ..please search Surfrider Kauai for beach and net clean ups. Come volunteer at the Kilauea lighthouse and bird habitat. Help out at our humane society and take a pet for the day.
We welcome and recommend picking a cause and helping out in any way you can.
Sharing our home allows guests from all over the world to experience Princeville and the North Shore at a very affordable price.

We absolutely love this Very peaceful Princeville neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.
It's a very very convenient spot to live in.. Not only is it beautiful, but it is close to everything you can possibly need on the island. You will find lots of people walking , jogging and biking with smiles and great vibes.
The people in Princeville are polite and very health conscious. It's a top notch community offering top notch golfing, fine dining, shopping, hiking, surfing, fishing, amazing beaches, paddle boarding, kayaking and epic views.
You will also find many animal and wildlife enthusiasts living and visiting here.
The collection of seabirds are amazing and they take turns throughout the year to nest here. Also, we have a collection of waterfowl birds that are found only on the Hawaiian islands and feed in the taro patches. Absolutely beautiful and not to be missed.
There's gorgeous Cliffs and waterfalls abound and a lot of great hiking trails to take advantage of. Our weather is wonderful and cool and we have great cross breezes in Princeville. The home is perched high in Princeville and in an absolutely beautiful and stunning area of the world.
Try Princeville and the Beautiful island of kauai. There are no crowds here, hardly no traffic here, wonderful people here and a very very good vibe.
We love to share our private home with travelers from around the world. We welcome you with much aloha. 🙏 🌴

Enjoy our gorgeous family home with plenty of space and wonderful rooms. We offer newer beds with fine Linens and beautiful surroundings . This private, peacefull home is literally walking distance to everything you can imagine. You don't find that convenience in any other place. There's plenty of parking for your vehicles and a garage for your bicycles. There are hiking trails and everything is close by.
We also have gorgeous gorgeous views of the Napali Cliffs from your living room, kitchen, front Lanai area and it's absolutely stunning .
