Home is located in a small quiet community called Ravenswood and is centrally located to surrounding cities.

Dining room , living room with built in fireplace to add ambiance, and beautiful kitchen space fully stocked to enjoy a great meal with family and friends. Access to the backyard from the living room which over looks the 12th hole of the Raven golf course. Fireplace , BBQ, and beautiful place to enjoy an evening under the pergola.
There is a gate to the golf course.

Beautiful front courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee.

Master bedroom has a king bed with a relaxing spa like master bath. Has a free standing tub, infrared sauna, rain head shower, and bidet. Built in fireplace and smart TV.

Additional bedroom with smart TV and a queen sleep number bed.

Bathroom 2 has a luxury rain shower and beautiful finishings.

Bedroom 3 serves many purposes. It has a comfy queen bed, desk for work if needed, and a small gym to stay in shape.

This home is perfect for a ladies weekend getaway, weekend golf trip, or a long
needed family vacation.
-The home is 30 minutes away from watching a Professional Football Game, to the Waste Management Open in Scottsdale. More of a College Football fan, ASU is 10 minutes way and UofA is a hop, skip, and jump to Tucson.
-Spring Training facilities are as far as 40 minutes to Surprise, or just right around the corner in Tempe, Mesa, or Scottsdale who house the Cubs, Giants, and Angels.
-Tons of hiking at South Mountain, Ahwatukee Foothills, and nearby cities.
-Looking for some live fun- Try the Herberger Theatre, Celebrity Theatre, Scottsdale Art Center, or maybe just a night on the town at Talking Stick Casino, or Oldtown Scottsdale.
-Snowbirds this a great retreat to get out of the cold weather and enjoy the beautiful Phoenix weather.

So much to see and explore in the Arizona and if you have the time don't forget Williams and the Grand Canyon. Only a few hours away.

This was an ideal spot for my stay, next to the Raven golf course. The home was perfect and everything was real nice and comfortable. Easy to get to different areas of the city as well.

Overall the house was excellent. I would recommend this place and when planning another trip to Phoenix, I would pick this place again. Only place I kinda dinged the score was found dead bugs in window sills and on the closet floors. And a few dirty dishes in the cabinet. But these are very minor issues.

Delightful Family Retreat

We had an amazing stay at Amber's beautiful home. It was spacious, well-appointed, and full of fun amenities that made our trip even more enjoyable. The owner was considerate and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including sparkling cider for us to celebrate the yuletide! The three bedrooms were super comfy and clean, providing a perfect retreat. The back patio area was the true highlight with a beautiful view of South Mountain and bathed in delightful sun, perfect for unwinding.The only small issue we encountered was the occasional flying golf ball on the back patio, so keep an eye out when sitting outside. However, this minor concern didn't take away from our overall experience and the sun screens helped block errant golf balls!We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and fun getaway!

Thank you Maegan. Yes flying balls are a hazard for being on the course. Most of the time we don’t see many but when the amateurs want to golf from the professional tees, in the yard they land. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay.
