Please note that the kitchen does not have a stove or range. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, bread toaster, coffee maker, and juice grinder for your convenience. We also provide a selection of utensils and silverware to make simple meal prep and snacks easy during your stay.
Heating & Cooling:
The entire house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. The centralized heating remains set to a consistent 72°F throughout the property. Please note that there are also space heaters included in each room for added comfort, where you’ll have more control over the temperature in each room, allowing you to adjust it to your personal preference. (Host will be sharing detailed instructions with images before check-in)
Backyard access:
Please note that your booking includes access to the basement level of the property. The backyard access is not included. Additionally, we have friendly, non-aggressive dogs who enjoy playing in the backyard.
Parking:
Please note that there is only one private parking spot available for guests. If you bring multiple cars, any additional vehicles will need to be parked off-street outside the property.
Guest access:
There are a few stairs (5–6 steps) leading down to the basement apartment. The path to the entrance is made of gravel stones, so please watch your step. The entrance is completely private—no shared spaces—so you’ll have full, exclusive access throughout your stay. For added peace of mind, the property is monitored by security cameras around the exterior to ensure a safe and secure environment.
