About this property

NEW Listing! In the Heart of Jax Beach

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is a newly renovated unit with plenty of old school Florida home vibes. This house is one unit in a quadplex.

Location location location!
8 blocks from the ocean.
10 minute walk to the bar & restaurant scene.
15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.

This is a bottom unit that is apart of a quadplex. You will have guests living above you and may be able to hear light footsteps during your stay. The upper flooring is cork padded flooring so it is rather quiet but you will be able to hear footsteps from time to time.

There is a key code to enter the unit.

I live nearby and am available if needed at a moments notice. Check in is contactless and we will not need to interact in person unless you need something.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a road full of multifamily homes. It is a straight shot to the beach, only about a 10 block walk.

Driving is normal but biking around is the best! There are a couple different companies that rent bicycles.

You can also get Ubers and Lyfts very easily. There is an app called Beach Buggies that you can download that offers free rides in the beach area only (please tip your driver though!).

The unit is a downstairs unit in a quadplex. There are other guests staying in the same home but your unit is completely private. Kind of like a very small apartment building.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.

House was as listed. It had everything we needed. Very easy with our two small Yorkies. Good location to beach and dining. The couch needs to be cleaned. We do know it’s dog friendly but it has black streaks on it and needs to be cleaned if not replaced. Overall great place and great location. Had a lot of extra touches and well thought out for visitors.

Easy location and good walk ability

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. Good amenities provided. The only thing we didn’t love, and it could’ve just been the guests staying above us at the time… the running back and forth constantly from 11pm to 4am. Very bizarre. I would come back again though as the host did communicate very well and the location. I would suggest some cork flooring though for above since you can’t control what people do while staying there.

Perfect location and quiet safe neighborhood! The description of the property was helpful. The owner communicated very well and checked in with us on the app, which is nice. The upstairs neighbors are loud at night, but it’s not too bad. The condo had a strange odor during our stay and the WiFi kept going in and out in the evening. New pillows and towels would’ve helped the stay feel more comfortable and welcoming. Good for a weekend stay!
