Bedroom layout can be used as 4 master suites or accommodate families. There's plenty of space for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee pot (both K-cup & 10 cups) and more! Relax in the hot tub after playing on the lake or playing golf at The Greens. Close to Sugar Hollow and Deerfield Marina. Deerfield has many amenities including the famous Tiki Bar, airstrip, pool, sand volleyball, tennis courts, winery, convenience store, and an amazing 18-hole golf course. This owner is offering a great house on Norris Lake and they are fantastic to work with. We had a small, minor problem at first and they quickly resolved it. I would definitely rent with them again!

Great home and location!!

We just left and we were all sad to go! It was me and my husband our three grown children with their families/girlfriend. It was spacious and roomy and so very close to the dock and to the marinas. The jumping bridge was very close to. We will be back!!

This property was everything it was advertised to be! The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment, the beds and bedrooms were all comfortable and well laid out. The bathrooms were clean. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Memorial Day Getaway

We loved this lakehouse in the woods on the shores of Lake Norris. We had a blast using the hot tub, kayaks, and the shared dock to park a rental pontoon for a day. I couldn't recommend this place enough, looking forward to going back.

The house was perfect for our family. The owners were quick to respond to questions during our stay. Be aware that five homes share one dock and are allocated one slip each.

Weir at the Lake

The host was incredible. They were communicative and informative. They went over the top and exceeded all expectations we had for our stay. The property was beautiful and was stocked with more than enough accessories. We were able to cook our entire Thanksgiving meal with no problems. Thanks for making our family gathering so memorable!

This home was perfect and everyone had an amazing time. The dock was great for my son’s pontoon, swimming and fishing. The home was equipped with virtually everything we needed (plus more) and the hot tub was enjoyed by everyone. The master suite was beautiful. We loved the location on the lake. Family Christmas

We just returned from living overseas and needed a way to gather and reconnect with family with various needs (cancer, anxiety and depression). This house was a beautiful respite for all. Open and bright with lots of games, movies blankets, kayaks and tennis rackets, unopened balls. Every appliance I could have wished for was available in the kitchen. The owner was very quick to reply when we had a question. Definitely recommend this place!

Great lake, nice house, easy for cooking,

Great house for families and nice get away for couples. Easy to cook aND entertain. Great for unwinding and easy dock for boating. Access to house is very windy if you have motion sickness kids bring the dramamine.

Wonderful Visit

The house was very clean and the listing was very accurate. Location was nice with an easy walk down to the lake and the dock. We did have an issue with Water pressure but that was no fault of the homeowner, the maintenance team fixed a leak up the road and we were in business. The lake area was beautiful and I would definitely visit here again during peak season. Thank you for the great stay!

Great family get together!

It had been six years since all three of our children and their families had been together in one place. And this place was great! Every family had their own bedroom and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the kayaking on the lake and fishing too. Jeff was great host and would recommend this home to the next family looking to reconnect!

Fun family time, lovely home.

Everything about this home was perfect for our group of parents & adult kids! Very clean & beautiful home. The layout of the house allowed us to play games around the kitchen together & gather, but offered plenty of spaces for privacy. We enjoyed grilling outside, we love to cook, so the we really appreciated all the cooking utensils and gadgets. Booking, Directions & communication was excellent. It was nice to see Deerfield Resort-everyone we met was very friendly. Fun on the lake-swimming from dock, boating and jet skiing.

Great place

It was a perfect place for 4 couples- each getting there own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was clean. The walk to the dock was not bad. Location is close to multiple marinas. Plenty of parking. We had 4 trucks.

Summer Vacation

We truly enjoyed our vacation at Norris Lake! The cabin has everything you expect, need and want! Fully stocked kitchen! No need to bring ANYTHING, blender, crockpot and grill were all available! Steps to lake were not as bad as expected (even with a friend who had knee replacement)! Lots of room to spread out and enjoy being lake front!

Secluded location

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location. The home has several bedrooms and bathrooms allowing for multiple families to stay together and still have their own space. It’s an easy walk down to the water and dock at the end of a quiet cove. You are surrounded by woods which lends to the quiet and provides an opportunity to see a variety of wildlife. The neighbors you do have are incredibly nice and friendly. Great home in a great location!

As the new owners, Chris & Jennifer have owned rental properties in Ohio for over 30 years and have vast experience with rentals. Chris is a small business owner, and Jennifer works in the healthcare field. We have enjoyed vacationing at Norris Lake with our two girls for almost as long. We have always wanted to own a lake house, and we made that dream a reality on September 30, 2024. Our plan is to eventually retire and live in Tennesse full time, but until Chris is ready to slow down at his job so we can do that, we have decided to share our little piece of heaven with you and your loved ones. We hope your family will make everlasting memories on Norris and want to come back every year like us.

Why they chose this property

After vacationing at Norris Lake for over 25 years we knew we would eventually end up owning a home here it was just a matter of finding the right fit for our family. We love all aspects of lake life and wanted to be on the water. This house fit all of our needs with minimal steps (less than 30) to the lake and the tranquil setting of the wooded lot made this house an easy choice. You almost forget that it is situated inside the gated community of Deerfield. Which for us was another huge bonus as we are minutes from the golf course and the marina. It truly offers us everything you could ask for in a home away from home. We are excited to be able to share our new home with you so that others may enjoy the lake, and all that this area has to offer,
