Escape to the Texas Hill Country and make lasting memories at our 3,200 sf vacation home near the Frio River in Concan, TX! Enjoy the outdoors watching the game from the pool and party deck. Start your morning with some pickleball, or enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch. Grill some streaks on the pit. Relax indoors with our spacious floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, and smart TVs throughout the house.

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with 12 beds sleeps 20, and was designed for entertaining large groups of friends and families. Located just 2 minutes from the river, this home has it all. We're just a short drive to House Pasture for live music and dining or to the Frio Valley Ranch clubhouse for a round of golf!

Perfect for those lively summer trips to the river and relaxing off season escapes to nature!

This place has potential, but also has some issues.1) It was not clean when we arrived. The owner quickly rectified this but caused a delay in our check-in and left a gross feeling in the house knowing how it was essentially speed cleaned in an hour.2) the pool is pretty bad...old, flaky bottom that was peeling off in multiple places. It was also very cloudy when we arrived.3) The kitchen is one of the worst stocked I've rented...dull knives, disorganized, just bad

Wonderful Time

This is our family’s 55th year to vacation at the beautiful Frio river!!! Praying for rain since the river is so low. Beautiful, quiet and serene location. I believe the owners may not be aware that the property could have used a little better cleaning prior to arrival… dishes and silverware that were in the cabinet were dirty so the previous guests must have put them away dirty. The pool still had small toys in the skimmer and at the bottom of the pool. There wasn’t any cold water at the kitchen sink.
