Nice house great price couple things to consider. No AC really warm weekend there were fans. 2 of the bedrooms have no electricity. Other than that good stay.

AC was not listed so this should have been known. There were no issues with the houses' electricity the day before the renters arrived as I was there. No phone call about trouble with the electricity to me or VRBO but I did receive a phone call asking to use my garage outlets for electronics for their large motor boat which was never asked before arrival but I saw on my ring camera parked on my lawn. Isn't it the responsibility of renters to let VRBO or owner know of problems with rental unit and 2/4 bedrooms without electricity would qualify for that. House was rewired 2 years ago and breaker needed replaced as it was too much asked of the bedroom outlets. Renter should be responsible for damage they cause to the rental unit.

90 heat wave and renters needed to open windows which were closed to prevent damage from weather. Before renting people should read the welcome guide provided as ac would be listed if available. Feel bad my Adirondack house was not a good fit for the couple but read welcome guide and ask questions before renting.
