Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures of accommodation do not do it justice. Wonderful lay out, thoughtfully furnished, clean and ready to use. Great front porch. Good access to North and South Tybee. Planning on returning either next year around the same time or in autumn this year.

Upon arrival, the porch light was left on, music was playing, and the AC was already on - so welcoming! The front porch swing was the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee and a good book. This house is in a great central location for beach access, dining options, and shopping. The street it's located on is quiet and great for taking a morning jog. The only complaint I have is that the showerhead is quite weak, which made it hard to wash up. Small problem in an otherwise perfect vacation house!

A Peaceful Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and organized. It had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. The washer and dryer was appreciated for doing laundry and making sure we had clean towels. The porch swing and furniture outside was very comfortable and very well taken care of. We had such a great time in Tybee and look forward to coming back soon.My only negative was the water saver shower head in the master bathroom let so very little water come out that it took awhile to shower and didn't have enough flow. Other than that everything else was great.

We spent a couple days at the house as our central location for a weekend on Tybee Island. The house was perfect; location, master and the front porch. It was a great spot to walk or take a short drive to the places we wanted to see and eat. We did not cook at the house but unlike others it appeared equipped to make a meal if needed. Given it was World Series and college football time we appreciated having TV options in the evening including a great setup in the master. The highlight was likley the front porch for some late afternoon relaxing.

Tybee getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed the home! It was so lovely and very well kept. The beach is a hopskip away and we walked there everyday. I'd say that the water pressure and shower head was really the only downside. Very little pressure and would have been nicer with a detachable shower head. Heads up for visitors, bring bug spray the mosquitoes are hungry!
Response from VrboOwner on 8 Aug, 2025
So happy to hear you enjoyed the home and I have sent your feedback of the showerhead to our maintenance team. Yes, unfortunately one of the drawbacks of our amazing South GA weather are those mosquitoes so bug spray is a pus! Come see us again when you can forget the bug spray with the sunscreen!! A great getaway

Came down for a spring break with my wife as this is her last year as a teacher. retiring after 36 years. This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We have about 12 visits to Tybee island. So we are well educated about the area. We love the porch, that's were we spend most of our time. The house is perfect for mid island stay, which is quiet. Ok there is 1 issue: There are 2 tall pine trees. Which there is 1 on each side of the driveway. The SAP that falls from those trees makes a mess out of your vehicle. There is also squirls that drop debris and make a mess. You don't see them in the pics so just be aware there is some serious sap cleanup after you leave.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience staying here. The porch swing's reputation precedes itself amd definitely did not disappoint! Perfect spot for reading, coffee & rain-watching. The master bedroom was lovely (I-d read complaints about the shower water pressure but it honestly was fine), and the clawfoot tub in the other bathroom was such a bonus! The kitchen was well appointed and the house was conveniently located close to the beach but far from the touristy area. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to come back!
