Stay comfortably in Davenport at this updated, 3-bedroom condo. With a king, queen, full, and twin bed, and 2 bathrooms, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the AC, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, and more during your stay. A dedicated desk area for work (if you must!), games, puzzles and extras for the kids like sand toys, high chair, pack and play, and additional kid-friendly dishes too.Smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms and a 60" smart TV in the living room with access to additional cable channels! Your stay here will be nothing short of fabulous while looking out to the lake view from the patios. Ample parking right in front of our ground floor condo! Please note: We are smoke free and pet free.

Enjoy the resort's amenities: 4 pools, 6 hot tubs, splash pad, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, basketball, playground and swing area, gas grills with picnic table seating, walking nature trails along the beautifully landscaped grounds. There is often karaoke on Friday evenings and live music on Saturdays to enjoy at the Tradewinds pool area.

**Note: this unit does not come with access to the on-site workout space.**

We really enjoyed our stay. The resort looks exactly like the photos. It is in a very quiet, gated resort. The resort is close to Disney, lots of restaurants, and plenty more. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking.

Very peaceful and beautiful setting. We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Exercise room was nice as well aa basketball and tennis courts. The inside of the clubhouse/gift-shop was a little run down,But it looks like updates are coming

Perfect in every way!

Location was perfect. Close proximity to Disney, which was our purpose for visiting. Cleanliness was perfect. The grounds were consistently being worked on and it was a beautiful property. The unit was clean, well stocked, roomy, and comfy. Communication with the owner was top notch! Amazing stay.

Family Vacation 2025

The property was clean, organized and as described in the profile. Property management was responsive to messages and provided property entry code 3 days prior to visit. Bahama Bay Resort offered 2 amazing pools and a splash pad. The pool located by the Tradewinds restaurant was our favorite as it offered a beach, poolside bar and restaurant. We had everything we needed in one location. We are already planning next year’s return trip!

My husband Jason and I are happy to host you! We live in Wisconsin, but purchased a place in Florida to have when we visit my parents, who live in south western Florida, and of course, to escape those Wisconsin winters! When traveling we often stay in home/vacation rentals when we travel with our two school-age boys. Nothing compares to the convenience of a kitchen & extra space while on vacation! We love new experiences and trying restaurants -ask for recommendations! I'm more of the "busy body" and want to get out and about while on vacation; Jason has more of the "let's relax" vacation vibe - so our place is a great combination of them both!

Why they chose this property

We happened upon Bahama Bay several years ago, stayed a few times, and now couldn't be happier having a place of our own for vacationing. The kids love the pools! We love the secure entrance, beautiful nature walking paths, and the restaurant/bar at the Tradewinds area pool. Being only 12 miles away from Disney is also a bonus!

What makes this property unique

We consider our condo a home away from home; we and many guests describe it as updated and cozy with all of the right amenities, including comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, and updated appliances.
