High Mountain Home at Tamarron Resort (Gambel Oak #703) has great views of the San Juan Mountains and the Glacier Club golf course when you stay in our inviting 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo which has enough room to sleep 6 guests! The wifi speeds of the unit are appx 100+ mbps. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.

Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features a full kitchen and private deck which is the perfect place to take in the unmatched views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains and the lovely green of the Glacier Club golf course. The comfortable living area has a Smart TV with cable and surround sound, making for fun movie nights. The full kitchen has a full-size fridge, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and regular drip coffee maker. The dining area has table seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. There is a full bathroom on each level. For your convenience, the condo also has its own washer and dryer. If you must work while you are away, there is a nice workstation upstairs. Take in the peaceful mountain views on the large deck facing west, where you will find cushioned seating.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

AWD or 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

VRC CANCELLATION POLICY: At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, we offer a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third-party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
