Kimberly’s property was the perfect spot for our Chicago stay. Wonderfully appointed with plenty of kitchen items, linens and comfy furnishings. The location couldn’t be beat for walkability and easy access to so many great restaurants and shops.

The apartment is very nice -- just as pictured. It's a quiet, higher-end neighborhood within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants in Roscoe Village and it was also easy to find free street parking out front. We'd definitely consider staying again.

This was a squeaky clean, light filled, well equipped apartment. The neighborhood is both quiet and accessible. The hosts were communicative, although we had no issues. Street parking was easy in spite of some small closures in the area for construction. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Comfy Cozy, Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved staying at Kim’s VRBO. It was clean, stocked with amenities, and a really wonderful location. We brought our dog with us too, and the neighborhood was very dog friendly as well! Also, just a 30 minute walk to Wrigley Field! We would love to stay here again.

Perfect Location and Very Clean!

We were in town to visit family and catch a couple of Cubs games. The location is just a short walk to the bus stop and Wrigley Field is about a 20 minute walk. It is also a short walk to shops and restaurants in Roscoe Village. The property was very clean and communication with the host was great!

Cute Chicago Property

Our stay was amazing. This property is located in Roscoe Village in Chicago and is such a nice, cute and safe neighborhood. It was easy to walk to everything we needed and it’s a short walk to the Brown CTA line. Taking the brown line was super easy, clean and we always felt safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Everyone we came across during our stay was super friendly. I definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Chicago!

Family Birthday Celebration was a Success!

Had a great time visiting Chicago for my Dad’s Birthday- were took in a Cubs game and ate locally. Everything was close and we loved how quiet the street was in the morning. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Chicago.

Chicago trip with family

The property was beautiful and well maintained, in a great neighborhood, and fit our family of 5 well. We appreciated all of the extra touches like Legos on the back porch for our son, extra blankets, hangers, suitcase stand, plenty of towels, and extra toiletries. We liked Roscoe Village and it's proximity to the Brown Line and local coffee shops and eateries.

Fall Escape to Midwest

We sold our home in Roscoe Village a year ago. We enjoyed being back in the neighborhood for a month this fall. This place was perfect for us. Comfortable furniture and beds and everything we needed to cook and eat in.
