Located on the medieval rue Maître Albert, in the historical Saint-Michel district, this bright, 45 sqm apartment with its 15 sqm terrace has everything to accommodate your stay in Paris.

Leaving the building, to the left you reach the Seine river, Notre-Dame (100m away), and to the right there is the Place Maubert with some of the best local products available around. The lively farmers market takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The Latin quarter is home to some of the oldest architecture in Paris. Right in the heart of the city, it is the perfect location for exploring on foot or by transport. Metro/RER/bus stations are all within a few minutes of walking, as well as shops, cafés, museums.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building with a charming courtyard. It offers a bright living room furnished with a sofa, TV and A/C, a wardrobe and a dining area.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dishes, pots and pans.
The bedroom offers a large double bed with a big window, A/C, and ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine.
The spacious rooftop terrace can be accessed from both the living-room and the bedroom. It overlooks the Rue Maître Albert and offers views of the Panthéon.

High-Speed Internet Wi-Fi Connection (up to 1 Gb/s shared and 500 Mb/s per device)

Perfect stay! The apartment is exactly as advertised and spotless. The host asks that you remove your shoes and provides slippers so you know he cares about the property. It’s a bustling neighborhood and we made good use of the terrace as we listened to the bells of Notre Dame. The host communicated quickly. We would stay again!!

The place was absolutely the perfect spot for my trip to Paris with my mom. He was beyond helpful, to the point where he reached out a couple days before our arrival, with information on different travel options to take from the airport to the apartment. When we arrived he was there to greet us, and show us around the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, well kept and was the perfect place to call home for the week. The location of his apartment was amazing, just steps away from groceries, restaurants and cafes, as well as the amazing Notre Dame. Highly recommend his place for any couple or single traveler.

This was the perfect apartment for a recent 4 night stay with my two kids; we absolutely loved it. Clean, bright, comfortable, and big enough for the 3 of us (two in the bedroom and one on the convertible couch). The location could not have been better: steps from Notre Dame and metro stations, but still quiet at night. The host met us at check-in to show us around the place, and he was responsive and helpful when I messaged him with questions. The balcony and AC were great, as were the additional conveniences (clothes washer, drying rack, dishwasher, detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Oh my goodness! What a great way to experience Paris. Keimo met us there and even helped my friend lug his massive suitcase up the steps. He gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and bars and grocery stores. The place feels like home, too. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace where we enjoyed our wine while listening to the bells of Notre Dame. Down the hill is Boulevard St. Germain with lots of cafes and shops. Easy walk to both islands and many attractions. The AC was great. There are four sets of stairs, about 70 in total, but that was not a problem for us, even though we are both around 70. Great experience. You can’t go wrong!

The place worked perfect for us. Very nice unit with everything we needed for our stay. The host was over-the- top helpful. Great location to all kinds of restaurants and cafes. Keimo was a great host. He met us at the apartment, made sure we were set up and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The place was clean and exactly as in the photos. The stairs are a bit tricky with luggage but nothing we couldn’t handle. Overall a great stay in a great location.

Pros: Excellent location, secure old building, working a/c, comfortable bed, the little terrace, clothes washer and drying rack, nespresso machine, quiet street just off the action. Keimo was very attentive, gave us good recommendations for dining and activities and answered all our questions within a reasonable amount of time. Even met us at midnite to let us inside once we arrived in Paris. Everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. It’s not 5 star by any means but it is very clean and comfortable. But- renter be very aware, this is a 4th floor walk up and no lift available. You are carrying all your bags up upon arrival and then back down when you leave. We probably did the stairs 3-5 times a day depending on what we were doing for the day. I recommend this apartment if you are ok with the 4 flights of stairs.

Cozy 4th floor Apartment with terrace

The apartment was perfect for my family of 3. Keimo was an excellent host and helped get luggage into the apartment. Navigating the stairs other than that wasn’t bad. The location was excellent. Short walk to notre dame and many restaurants, coffee options nearby. The A/C worked very well. The terrace is very safe for children and at night was a great place to sit and enjoy the Parisian atmosphere.

The apartment was clean and well-appointed with full kitchen, a lovely private terrace, and ice cold A/C (much appreciated in 30C weather). Keimo’s communications were prompt and thorough. You couldn’t have better host. Note: This is a 4th floor walk-up, so not for those with mobility issues.

A Perfect Parisian Apartment

This property does not disappoint! The location is perfect. So close to the Seine and Notre Dame and overlooking the garden rooftops of surrounding historic buildings, this apartment is a dream. There are lovely restaurants, cafes and markets at either end of the quiet street. All transportation is easy to get to.The host met us at the apartment and was always available by text. He’s super helpful. The apartment is clean, bright and modern with historic touches left in place. The balcony table and inner courtyard are perfect. This is a very romantic setting! It’s everything you hope to experience in Paris!

Cozy apartment near the Seine

Great location near Notre Dame. We love this area on the left bank. So close to everything with several metro stations nearby as well as a great market. Everything you need is within walking distance. We loved having the outside balcony to enjoy on a sunny day. We’ve stayed here years ago and we’re happy to return.The only thing I would caution against is if you have any mobility issues is it is on the fourth floor so you need to be able to climb some stairs. The only problem we had was with the Internet going in and out but our host found a solution so all was well within a couple of days. He was very responsive to our needs and communication was prompt and polite. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Maitre Albert

Everything was just perfect at Maitre Albert. Gabriel was extremely helpful with everything and very easy to communicate with. The apartment itself is fantastic, the terrasse incredible and the location is the best in Paris. The bed was the best we have ever slept on away from home. We are both tall and it was perfect for us. I am already planning our next trip and will definitely stay at Maitre Albert!!!! Thank you for everything Gabriel and a bientot!

Our favorite!

My wife and I stayed in Kristina's apartment to start our 10th anniversary trip to France and Italy. We had a wonderful time and Kristina was very kind. The terrace was a big advantage and we enjoyed sitting there at all times of day. As others have mentioned, the location is perfect for sightseeing but is on a little side street so it's not too noisy. Turn left out of the building and you're immediately at Notre Dame and the Seine. Turn right and you're at the market. Returning every night to a charming, quiet old building was much better than going to a busy hotel. We can definitely recommend it. The stairs weren't an issue for us. Thank you, Kristina!

Wow!!!!

This was our second stay and we continue to be wonderfully impressed with this apartment. It is a fantastic location in the heart of Paris yet tucked away on a very peaceful side street. The apartment is modern and very well equipped with everything we could need during our stay. The apartment itself is a good size, but that is nearly doubled by the phenomenal terrace. We loved sitting out there with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. As others have noted, there is no elevator, but I had no problems with the stairs just a few months after knee surgery. Finally, Kristina and Lucy are a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely return!
