The house was clean when we walked in and even smelled clean which is always a plus. Had no major issues with our stay. It was nice being close enough to Waco that it only took 12min to get to Baylor and only 7min from Homestead which was nice for morning pasties and coffee. Extra points also for having a pizza pan.

Quiet getaway near Waco attractions

We enjoyed our stay. Some days we just stayed in, and others we visited some of the unique places in the Waco area. The bucket list is a nice touch and has some great ideas for places to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

The home was stocked well, clean, and perfect for the two of us! Our dogs loved the yard to chase their balls. We loved the quiet mornings surrounded by monarchs and hearing the horses nearby. We can’t wait to visit Waco again!

Wonderful place to stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The duplex is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. They even had a cake pan to bake the birthday cake. We would love to stay there again if we are ever in the area. We loved the quiet, country feel as well as all the beautiful butterflies outside.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Echt Ranch . Very clean, cozy, and inviting. This place was perfect. We had great communication with the owner and would definitely rent again. We cannot say enough great things about this home.

The space was lovely, quiet and clean. I did love going outside and hearing the naying of the neighbor's horses (I couldn't hear from inside). The bed was comfy, and the rental offered everything you could need.

A great place to stay near Baylor

Even though this place is in the country, it isn’t far from everything Baylor. It was nice and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time hanging out since we were gone all day, but the little coffee nook was nice (and it had seasonal coffees!) Also, the place was well equipped with any need I could think of. We would definitely stay here again. And it’s great that it is dog-friendly.

Though we are a clear and legitimate address recognized by the USPS, UPS, FedEx, 911, etc., I've noticed that my own GPS shows my rental a few doors down (on the same road). Unfortunately, I cannot affect the accuracy of the GPS system but I have provided for my guests by giving check-in details with clear driving directions. Also, most of my neighbors have their addresses on their mailboxes so it is easy for one to follow the progression of numbers to find the rental. Last, in my check-in details, I tell renters that if they have any problems finding it to call or text me. I had one guest that didn't have a GPS that asked for an escort from the interstate so I happily met them at the exit and drove them to my rental. We hope this helps!
