We could not have asked for a better stay - this home is perfect in every way! The space has amazing size but flows seamlessly to give guests space when they want it but also feel completely connected. Everything about the home was carefully thought out: from the amenities, to the decor, to the furniture, you feel as though you are living in smart luxury. The location was very safe and still easily walkable to Downtown and some of our favorite spots. Lastly, Trevor is one of the best hosts we have every worked with! So responsive, accommodating, and friendly, he was incredible to work with. We can't recommend this property for groups large or small to stay during their Raleigh visit or for just a local staycation. We will absolutely be booking again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very clean, open, and welcoming. We loved the cute patio off the dining area. It was very modern. The host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property if you are ever in the Raleigh area and I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!!

Great property

Very nice condo in great location close to downtown Raleigh. Unit was new, clean, spacious, and well stocked. (Only place I’ve ever stayed with 3 different types of coffee makers with coffee and tea included.). Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommend.

Lovely Condo Nice for Four Healthy Couples

We stayed here for my son's graduation weekend from NC State. Highlights: cleanliness, nicely appointed, thick towels, coffee station well-stocked, plenty of hot water and powerful showers, balcony, Einstein lights, plenty of kitchen supplies, many condiments.Only things missed were Kitchen towels for drying glassware and large serving platters. Many, many stairs were a bit of a challenge for my 75 year old Mom. All of the rest of our group had no issue. The three houses on Bragg Street between the park and smoke shop were a bit of an eyesore, but easily ignored. Overall our stay was 5 stars. Would stay again.
