Escape to this modern, brand new spacious 2-story downtown Raleigh townhome-style condo with easy access to restaurants, events, shopping, entertainment, and culture.
Kitchen: Large gourmet kitchen with the tools necessary to fix a fancy meal. Don't want to cook? We are more than happy to give dining suggestions just a short walk or drive away.
Living Room: Expansive living room with 75-in. TV and fast Wi-Fi. Comes with Youtube TV and Disney +. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room as well.
Bedrooms: 2 BR with king beds and 2 BR with queen beds

The space
The property is a two-story townhome style condo with an expansive large open floor plan with a spacious large kitchen, dining area and living room connected to a covered balcony.

One of the smaller bedrooms is on the main floor with a half bath and three additional bedrooms are on the top floor with two full bathrooms. The laundry room is also on the top floor.

There is a one car garage in addition to a parking space in front of the one-car garage. There is additional street parking available.

The front door faces a small courtyard area with green space and eventually a water feature.
Guest access
Guest can use the whole property/condo. There is one locked pantry area that we use for supplies and storage and one locked closet upstairs.
Other things to note
PLEASE READ: This is a two-story townhome style condo on the 3rd and 4th stories with private stairs. Please note there are a lot of stairs, but we think the space is worth it.

Please also note, as this is a new development, there is ongoing construction. With the proximity of this location to downtown Raleigh, there is city noise and some construction noise.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very clean, open, and welcoming. We loved the cute patio off the dining area. It was very modern. The host was very responsive. Great property

Very nice condo in great location close to downtown Raleigh. Unit was new, clean, spacious, and well stocked. (Only place I’ve ever stayed with 3 different types of coffee makers with coffee and tea included.). Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommend.

Lovely Condo Nice for Four Healthy Couples

We stayed here for my son's graduation weekend from NC State. Highlights: cleanliness, nicely appointed, thick towels, coffee station well-stocked, plenty of hot water and powerful showers, balcony, Einstein lights, plenty of kitchen supplies, many condiments.Only things missed were Kitchen towels for drying glassware and large serving platters. Many, many stairs were a bit of a challenge for my 75 year old Mom. All of the rest of our group had no issue. The three houses on Bragg Street between the park and smoke shop were a bit of an eyesore, but easily ignored. Overall our stay was 5 stars. Would stay again.
