We welcome you to our beautifully decorated home featuring neutral and classic, yet cozy furnishings, with just a touch of coastal decor. Whether you're a golfer, outdoors enthusiast or a beach lover, you'll love North Port's central location and its proximity to I-75, Venice & Englewood Beach and Fort Myers. There is a desk for remote working and a fully stocked and spacious kitchen. Enjoy bird watching, your morning coffee and evening drinks on the private patio. Dining table offers seating for 6.

We are new to the VRBO platform but we have a 5 star rating on Airbnb!

Beautiful new construction home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom, TV and a large walk-in closet. Second bedroom features a queen bed with a dresser and a closet. Third bedroom features a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle bed, dresser and closet. Open concept living, kitchen and dining room. The garage is reserved for host storage. There is plenty of off-street parking on the driveway. Grocery stores, restaurants, Target and Walmart are all within a 10-15 min. drive. The property is within close proximity to I-75, located about 35 minutes away from Venice & Englewood Beach. Nearest airports: Punta Gorda (15 min.), Fort Myers (45min.) and Sarasota (1 hour).
