We welcome you to our beautifully decorated home featuring neutral and classic, yet cozy furnishings, with just a touch of coastal decor. Whether you're a golfer, outdoors enthusiast or a beach lover, you'll love North Port's central location and its proximity to I-75, Venice & Englewood Beach and Fort Myers. There is a desk for remote working and a fully stocked and spacious kitchen. Enjoy bird watching, your morning coffee and evening drinks on the private patio. Dining table offers seating for 6.

Beautiful new construction home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom, TV and a large walk-in closet. Second bedroom features a queen bed with a dresser and a closet. Third bedroom features a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle bed, dresser and closet. Open concept living, kitchen and dining room. The garage is reserved for host storage. There is plenty of off-street parking on the driveway. Grocery stores, restaurants, Target and Walmart are all within a 10-15 minute drive. The property is within close proximity to I-75, located about 35 minutes away from Venice & Englewood Beach. Nearest airports: Punta Gorda (15 min.), Fort Myers (45min.) and Sarasota (1 hour).
