This property is wthin walking distance of Woodstock Village Green shops and amenities. We have come to Wassail weekend for 23 years and this was the best of many accomodations. And the host organization was very helpful, friendly and responsive. We hope to come back!

This home exceeded our expectations! Perfect location for both peace and tranquility as well as access to the picture perfect downtown by foot. The inside of the home was a great blend of old and new, rich in character and history but amenities that fit current needs. Be prepared to have all your stress disappear as soon as you see the water moving downstream in the river. What a fantastic experience!

The house was a perfect location for our family 'Leaf Peeping' trip. The house was spacious and had most things we needed. The property seems to be newer to the market as we couldn't find basic info like the wifi password or how to operate the t-stat, but management responded promptly. It would have been nice if they'd been a little flexible to meet a couple of requests. We totally recognize they followed the guidelines but it would have made the experience a bit more pleasurable if they had been able to accommodate. Having said that the communication with management was very good, prompt, and professional. We all agree that we'd love to stay there again and we highly recommend this property.

Large size historic home in a great location, with easy walk into town. Nice setting on the river. The management company was very responsive throughout our stay. They made the check-in easy and were very timely on any response. Our rating of three was due to the lack of cleanliness of the house. There was mold in the bathroom, cobwebs, and the windows probably haven’t been cleaned in years. Unfortunately, they are so dirty it is hard to see the river when the sun was shining on them. There was clutter in the closets and a fair amount of personal food items left behind. It didn’t seem like it was a professional owner that has rented very often. However, if they did a deep cleaning of the property, it would be five stars.
Shower needs to be cleaned and caulked.
The extra linens and a mess
